Mashed Potatoes Everyday!

Mashed potatoes have invaded western homes during the past decades.  It became an essential part of customs and traditions that binds families together once more.  Potatoes have indeed come a long way from the hands of the first farmers who found this bulb, the Spanish conquerors and invaders who exported potatoes back in their country, and to the hands of caring mothers ready to make something special for their family.
Today, mashed potatoes have left a mark in the hearts of families. This dish became one of children’s favorites and a staple food. Almost all Americans consume mashed potatoes daily, like the way Filipinos consume rice and Chinese enjoy their noodles in every single meal.  Recipes of mashed potatoes have bloomed and are fairly famous in different cookbooks and innumerable websites in the internet. This just proves that mashed potatoes have served families pretty well and provided quality food for children to consume. Well, what can we say? They just simply love mashed potatoes!
